February 15, 2017 marks a significant turning point for Lancair International; my son and I have purchased the legendary company, and are relocating to South Texas. We are not only passionate aviators with a regularly flown collection of sport aircraft--including a Lancair IVP--we also come from a background of aircraft maintenance, modification and manufacture.

Our plan includes moving both manufacturing (currently in the Philippines) and company headquarters (in Redmond, OR) to Uvalde, TX, where we have 80,000 square feet of facilities on the airport.

While we are excited to focus Lancair International on the business of supporting the existing aircraft fleet, we also look forward to bringing new products to market to carry on the Lancair tradition and legacy.

We look forward to meeting Lancair owners and enthusiasts at the upcoming Sun-N-Fun, Oshkosh and LOBO events and outlining in more detail our plans for the “new” Lancair.
