ES Flight control vent holes and lubrication of rod ends

As I am going through my annual inspection for our ES the A&P is following a check list we have which may need some editing.



1. Are their any vent or drain holes for the control surfaces? If so, where?



2. Are there any requirements to lubricate any of the flight control linkages, hinge attach points, or rod ends?  If so, can you point me where to reference in how to accomplish this.
