I
am selling my Electromotive-based electronic ignition and fuel injection
system.  Here are some details:

I used this system
on my airplane for over 500 hours.  It works beautifully.  I removed
it, in a moment of insanity, because my local repair shop was blaming it for my
excessive oil consumption.  Now that I have spent the time and money
removing it, I can't afford the time or money to reinstall it.  I wish I
had left it on, because everything about it works better than my "new" Lasar
system.  It was lighter, easier to start, and zero in-flight
management.  Just like your car.  It's a dual system, so there is
redundancy for everything that you'd want (just like a certified fuel
system).

Here's what is
included:

Two (2)
Electromotive TEC-2 controllers for 4-cylinder applications.  Each
controller is fully independent and includes the ignition
coils.

Plug leads -
fits a 360 application perfectly.

4 properly sized
Bosch Fuel injectors and a custom fuel distribution block with stainless steel
hard lines to the injectors.  Each injector has a custom-made "hold-down"
to keep the injector seated in the intake runner boss.

2 High-pressure
Bosch fuel pumps and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.  The two pumps
and the regulator are already mounted on prepreg and fully plumbed.  The
system allows for redundancy in the event of a fuel pump
failure.

A custom machined
throttle, with Throttle Position Sensor.  Light-weight, simple, and
includes the proper adapter to fit onto a Lycoming sump with no
modifications.  Also includes the support bracket to secure to the engine
case.

Timing housings
(replaces the mags in the standard mag location - these are Jeff Rose timing
pick-ups).

All sensors,
including: dual MAPs, coolant temperature, fuel pressure, dual intake-air
temperature, etc.  I'll also provide the engine programs that I used that
worked so well for years...

This is not a
complicated installation.  There is quite a bit of wire, but I have most of
the wiring with connectors, but you'd likely want just the connectors and your
own custom-sized wiring.  The biggest challenge will be to ensure you have
a dual bus system properly configured - then you can be assured that the system
is powered in the event of a bus failure.  I'll provide the wiring diagrams
that applied to my Lancair 360 application.

In over 500 hours of
flying the only problem I had was with the timing pick-up units.  I had two
fail early in the test-flying.  Electromotive then began offering a much
higher-quality unit, and I have never had one of them fail.  The system has
two for redundancy in the event one fails.

The
replacement value of this equipment is well over $8,000 - excluding any of the
custom machining (I don't want to post that for fear my wife might see the
numbers).  I'll sell the entire system for $2,500.  I could get more
on ebay for the individual parts, but it seems a shame to break apart a system
that works so well.  Call or email for more details.  Please forward this to the RV list and your
friends!
