I've received many letters over the past several months asking if there isn't a way for us to identify the aircraft model of the posts which are sent to the LML for publication. If you are starting a new thread which is model specific, please start the subject field with the model ID... naturally LIV, LIVP, and ES will be sufficient for the 4-place aircraft, but since there are so many incarnations of the 2-seater, it's probably wiser to use the accepted flight planning aircraft type indicator of LC20. This way folks will be able to zero in on information they are definitely interested in and skim the rest. Naturally, if your post deals with a general subject, such as radios, antennae, electrical systems, instruments, or anything else you can think of that will undoubtedly have universal appeal, I suppose it would be alright to forego the model designator. There's no way currently for me to change subjects without rejecting the post, and resubmitting for reapproval, otherwise I'd be happy to handle this myself. If you feel this request to have some merit, please remember to use a model designator in your future correspondences. Keep those posts coming! <Marv>
