re: homebuilts in hangers

AIRPLANES BELONG AT AIRPORTS.

This interpretation of rules to restrict construction and rebuilding of aircraft in hangers IS WRONG.

so if we were to extend the thinking, we could build an airplane outside a hanger, in the rain, snow and cold.
          THAT WOULD BE OK?

or supposing we had two Boing 747 that we could make one plane out of, We should build a building big enough to house that project and then shut down miles of road with large equipment to move the pieces to a hanger for assembly.

WAA?

And you in the government wonder why  the public has come to have such a disdainful view of how government operates.

AIRPLANE CONSTRUCTION BELONGS AT AIRPORTS

at one time  "good enough for government work" meant high quality.
