Jim Franz,

I am planning on making my rear windows removable in case of an accident as

well. Please let me know what you find out as I am coming up on that part of

the project. I was planning on making frames around the rear panes that

could slide backwards.

Marv,

An air nibber will do the job cutting the firewall material for you. a cheap

one can be found at Harbor Freight tools (they have a store now online) for

around $30 - $50. better ones are ~$200. the teeth sets can be very

expensive (you can get carbide) depending on what you need to cut. When I

cut SS with my tools they don't stay sharp long, so $30 to have it done for

you might be a good deal.
