LOBO is pleased to announce that our annual EAA banquet will be held on Tuesday, July 26, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Best Western Premier Waterfront in downtown Oshkosh, WI. We have held this event for several years on the Thursday night of the EAA, and moved the date this year to earlier in the week in order to enable members to attend other functions on Thursday, such as the Gathering, which is typically held on Thursday evening. We are pleased to announce our keynote speaker for this years Oshkosh banquet, Mr. Sean Elliott of the EAA. Sean is the EAA Vice President of Advocacy and Safety. You can read his EAA bio HERE. Sean will address our group on some of his efforts which include EAA's positions on the MOSAIC (Modernization of  Special AIrworthiness Certification), the unleaded fuels initiative, and his role as an examiner pilot on the legacy EAA aircraft such as the B17 "Aluminum Overcast" and the Ford Trimotor.
